Ingredients
- 2 pounds Pork Tenderloin *Can substitue wild pig straploin
- 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 3/4 cup Red Wine
- 3 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 cup Water
Directions
Directions:
Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible. Cover, and cook on low setting for 4-5 hours for slicing or 6-8 hours for pulling . You can remove the cooking liquid, add cornstarch, and bring to a boil to make a gravy out of it. Or you can serve it on the side as au jus.
This is a simple and easy recipe and works well with a wild pig straploin as well!

Holy crap that sounds good!
More red wine
LHR, only if you intend to make the gravy. Otherwise, that is plenty of red wine.
Little update here - I added 1/3 of a cup of Dales seasoning and put about 1/3 of a cup of brown sugar on top of each of the loins while they were cooking.
Adds a nice flavor.
